Flexi Care selected Sandwai after a detailed consideration of the products on the market.  We determined that for us, it was the best fit in terms of functionality and cost (both set up and ongoing) and were also impressed with the knowledge and responsiveness of the Sandwai team.  We particularly noted their commitment to ongoing product development as well as to following the IT implications of changes in the proposed Support at Home program.

Since implementing Sandwai, we have been very pleased with the team’s ongoing support and have been pleasantly surprised by our capacity to use its “notes and forms” functions to reshape many of our workflows to provide for greater efficiency.  It has also been very intuitive and easy for new employees to learn, which has enabled them to be productive after very little training in its use.
