Support at Home

Our Product and Development teams have been working hard to design and deliver Support at Home (SaH) functionalities to help our providers confidently navigate this transition period. 
Our focus is on streamlining and automating the transition period and the management of Support at Home moving forward. From accurate budget forecasting and ongoing budget management, to simplified care management, fast invoicing and claiming, and automated daily tasks through B2G integration. 

We would love to share with you a few key highlights of our Support at Home development:

Full B2G integration

To reduce manual work, we’ve built a connected solution to PRODA. This ensures that minimal manual data entry is required, while allowing providers to claim seamlessly without relying on CSVs.

We are proud to share that we received our Notice of Integration (NOI) in May 2025, with Sandwai being one of the first software vendors to achieve this milestone for Support at Home.

  • Real Time Data Sync: Client details, classifications, contribution percentage, and grandfathering rules are all updated automatically between Sandwai and PRODA.
  • Easy Scheduling and Coordination: Approved services flow directly to Sandwai, preventing costly scheduling errors or confusion.
  • Live Budgets: Budgets are always up to date and available for analysing and forecasting.
  • Streamlined Claims: No CSV uploads needed! Claims flow directly from Sandwai, with all supporting documents included, making claims faster, easier, and with minimal manual intervention.

This gives providers peace of mind knowing that claims, budgets, and client data are always accurate, current, and easy to manage.

Budgeting & Quoting Tools

Building on our loved HCP budget banner, we kept the familiar functionality that providers know while enhancing it significantly and meeting the Support at Home requirements.

With the new tools, providers gain live visibility of each classification budget based on client services, products, and purchases. With the option to model a new service plan, share quotes with clients for approval, and easily onboard new clients with confidence.

 

Care Management Dashboard

Care managers work hard to support clients, and we want to make their job easier. That’s why we’ve created tools that streamline day-to-day tasks and give full visibility of everything needed to focus on client wellbeing.

The care management dashboard is designed to help care managers track clients from both a budget and care perspective, while simplifying task management and compliance.

Data Migration

We know that one of the biggest tasks and concerns providers have right now is how to manage the migration to Support at Home (SaH). Our priority has been to remove stress and simplify this transition.

To do that, we’ve built a data migration toolkit that automates the process end-to-end. Client service plans and budgets will be converted automatically to SaH from the 1st of November.

We’ve also released tools to help providers prepare early, with the ability to set up service linkage and design workflows in advance, reducing the pressure of looming deadlines.
